You will then be ready to download and immediately distribute the documents to the employer.

Disability Products

New York Disability Benefits Law (DBL) - Employers with one or more employees working within the State of New York are required to provide short-term disability benefits should the employee become disabled as a result of a non-occupational injury or illness. After a 7-day elimination period the employee is eligible to receive 50% of their weekly earnings up to $170.00 per week. In addition, while continuously disabled the employee can receives up to 26 weeks of benefits within 12 consecutive months. Arch offers enriched plan options that allow an employer to shorten the elimination period, increase the covered weekly benefit %, weekly dollar maximum and overall covered weekly durations.

New Jersey Temporary Disability Benefits Law (TDB) - Short-term disability benefit for New Jersey employees who are unable to work because of a non-occupational illness or injury. Benefits are payable at 66 2/3 % Average Weekly Wages to a maximum of $572 a week for 26 or 52 weeks.
